Having completed her graduation in medicine (MBBS), her passion for working with people drew her to this field of work. She has a keen interest in human behavior and transformation. Her desire is to see people empowered with the required skills to live a successful life of their choice. This prompted her to pursue understanding the human mind and behavior in depth, through research and education in psychology. She is also a proud parent of two adorable children.

Dr. Sunita understands that it is important to address the beliefs and behaviors of individuals to be able to bring about any significant long-term change. Addressing change through interventions aimed at behaviors of individuals has been her key strength and unique approach in the present-day workplace. As a facilitator, her aim is to guide people to identify the roadblocks to their goals, helping them find innovative ways to deal with those.

Her experience in the field of education spans dynamic capacity-building sessions for teachers, interactive workshops for students, and impactful parent education programs. Her journey as a mother marked the beginning of her own learning curve inspiring her to keep updating her thinking and growing alongside them
